Is available on Maui in the ocean.  It is a great workout. Your can do tours or go solo.

Kayak operators are available from West Maui beaches where you go thru marine reserves in the Kaanapali and Kapalua areas.  In South Maui you start from Kihei and/or Makena to see turtles, dophins, whales and sunsets.  Be careful to start out early, if you are heading south, and return before the trade winds blow you to the big island of Hawaii.
